Course Goals: My (Dawn's) goal for this class is to help students learn the fundamentals of analyzing sedimentary basins by integrating approaches from tectonics, geophysics, sedimentology, and stratigraphy. In addition to providing basic academic knowledge, this course will provide skills and knowledge valuable in the petroleum, environmental, and hydrological industries.
